Order
Yes, we provide both standard and express shipping options to most countries. We’ve partnered with trusted international couriers (UPS, Fedex and DHL) to ensure that your order is delivered quickly, securely, and at the most affordable shipping rates possible.
Please note, all international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities.

After placing your order, please allow 1-2 business days for processing and shipment from our warehouse. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details to monitor the package’s progress. Delivery typically takes 4-7 business days from the date of shipment.
Delivery time depends on where you are located. All of the orders will be dispatched from our warehouse in New York City. Domestic orders will take 4-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-21 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Once your order is placed, our warehouse begins processing it immediately to ensure timely delivery. As a result, it is not possible to add to, modify, or cancel an order once it has been submitted. However, you can return your purchases for a refund or exchange within 14 days of shipping.
Once an order is submitted, it starts processing immediately and generally cannot be stopped or modified. However, if your order has already shipped and you need to adjust or correct your address, we advise contacting the shipping carrier directly.
Please be aware that changing the address or shipping method could affect the delivery timeline and may result in additional fees, , which are paid by the customer directly to the carrier.
Return & exchange
We will accept returns on unworn merchandise with all original tags attached initiated within 14 days of your order shipping. In order to qualify for a return or exchange, the products must meet the following conditions:
- The products must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- Please keep in mind that items that have been tried on with direct skin contact and show any signs of wear, such as deodorant marks, hair, missing tags, or any odors, cannot be accepted.
- Package the product securely in its original packaging. All tags and accessories must be attached.
- We kindly recommend that you wear underwear when trying on your purchase for the first time.
- Please note that items purchased on sale and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.

The return process begins as soon as your return package is en route to our warehouse. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will inform you whether it has been accepted or declined. This may take up to 7 business days from the date the tracking information shows the package as delivered. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be credited back to your original payment method.
If you wish to exchange the same item for a different size, $5 handling fees will be charged when submitting your return. If the size you wish to exchange is out of stock, we will issue a store credit in a digital gift card, sent directly to your email. You can use it anytime toward your next purchase.
If you would like to exchange for a different product, please submit the return of the original item through our Return Center. When selecting your refund method, choose store credit. Once your return is received and processed, your store credit will be issued via a gift card sent to your email immediately. You can then place a new order for your desired product using the store credit.
Please note, we can only facilitate direct exchanges for U.S. orders at this time.
Refunds are processed within 7 working days of receipt to allow for inspection onto the original method of payment (credit card, Paypal, or gift card, etc). Once your return is processed and your refund is issued, you will receive a refund confirmation email. Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account due to varying processing times of financial organizations. Please kindly note that we reserve the right to decline a refund in case your item was not sent in its original condition (worn, damaged, etc.)

Yes, our gift cards are the perfect presents for someone special and can be purchased directly on our website. Please note that gift cards bought on maisonzifan.com are only valid for use on our official site. Gift cards and store credits issued for returns do not expire.
