DOMESTIC SHIPPING METHODS

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $175 in the U.S. We ship all orders from our US warehouse in New York City. You will receive an email containing your tracking number once each package has left us.

The following shipping options available in the U.S. 

  • Standard Shipping: Our standard shipping option ensures that your order will be delivered within 5-7 business days. 
  • 2-Day Shipping: With this option, your order will guarantee to arrive within 2 business days for a flat fee of $25. Orders placed after 12pm EST or on Saturday/Sunday will ship out next business day.
  • Overnight Shipping: Delivery by 8pm next business day for orders placed by 12pm EST for a flat fee of $40.  Orders placed after 12pm EST and on Saturday/Sunday will ship out next business day.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING METHODS

We’ve partnered with trusted international couriers (UPS, Fedex and DHL) to ensure that your order is delivered quickly, securely, and at the most affordable shipping rates possible. We offer Express International Shipping to most countries, with Free Delivery for order over a certain amount. Please note, all international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities. Please check your local customs website for more information.

 

    ORDER PROCESSING TIME

    Once your order is placed, our dedicated team works diligently to process and prepare it for shipment. Most orders are processed within 2-4 business days. Please note that during peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

     

    TRACK YOUR ORDER

    We want to keep you informed every step of the way. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your package and estimate its arrival date.

     

    LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

    In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact the courier with your tracking number so that they can provide you with a proof of delivery. Some carriers may scan a package as “Delivered” when it is still out for delivery and will sometimes physically deliver the parcel within the next four business days.

     

    PRE-ORDER PRODUCTS

    The items that are available for pre-order are already in mid-production in our studio where all of our products are handmade. The current wait time for pre-order items is 7-14 business days, excluding shipping and processing time. Our team will make every effort to ship pre-ordered products as soon as they become available. 

     

    SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

    We ship to most addresses, but there are exceptions. Unfortunately, we do not deliver to P.O. boxes or military APO/FPO addresses.
