Returns & Exchanges

Zifan will accept returns on unworn merchandise with all original tags attached initiated within 14 days of your order shipping

CONDITIONS

In order to qualify for a return or exchange, the products must meet the following conditions:

  • The products must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • Please keep in mind that items that have been tried on with direct skin contact and show any signs of wear, such as deodorant marks, hair, missing tags, or any odors, cannot be accepted.
  • Package the product securely in its original packaging. All tags and accessories must be attached.
  • We kindly recommend that you wear underwear when trying on your purchase for the first time.
  • Please note that items purchased on sale and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.

After your return is delivered to us, our team carefully inspects each item to confirm they are in original condition. This process may take up to 14 business days from the date we receive your return. If it is approved, you will receive an email notification regarding your refund or store credit. Domestic returns will be subject to a $7 return shipping fee on all returns for refund. Returns for store credit are free. If you select store credit, the return will be sent out as a gift card to your email address and shipping fee will be waived.

ZIFAN reserves the right to refuse any return that is received in a worn or damaged condition. Returns that do not comply with the above conditions are not accepted and will be sent back to the client.

 

SHIPPMENT TRACKING 

You can track your order with the tracking information provided in your shipment notification e-mail or by logging in to your account on maisonzifan.com

 

    REFUNDS 

    Refunds are processed within 7 working days of receipt to allow for inspection onto the original method of payment (credit card, Paypal, or gift voucher, etc). Once your return is processed and your refund is issued, you will receive a refund confirmation email. Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account due to varying processing times of financial organizations. Please kindly note that we reserve the right to decline a refund in case your item was not sent in its original condition (worn, damaged, etc.)  

     

    EXCHANGES

    If you prefer to exchange the same item for a different size, we will cover the shipping costs for the replacement item. If your chosen replacement size is not in stock, we will issue a refund instead and notify you by email. 

     


    INTERNATIONAL RETURNS POLICY

    Return transit times vary from country to country so you will receive a unique return label and will be fully updated on the progress of your return. Please note, ZIFAN offers international return shipping for a flat fee of $20.
